I read a book extolling the virtues of this kind of diet, but it didn&#8217;t have a daily menu. It&#8217;s very hard to get started on such an unusual diet without a menu and recipes.<br />
The most important thing to me is that the diet was designed by a nutrition professional. There are too many diets out there made by doctors with phds that have nothing to do with nutrition. Also, raw food diets are plagued by spiritual &#8220;gurus&#8221; who often don&#8217;t have any appropriate education in nutrition at all.</p>

I don&#8217;t have a lot of time between school and work so quick tips for on the go activity would be helpful as well.<br />
I&#8217;m not a vegan and don&#8217;t plan on becoming one so please don&#8217;t suggest any vegan diets. I eat small portions of a semi well-rounded diet already and don&#8217;t eat too many sweets but indulge every so often.</p>
