So, I am starting again but this time I am having massive headaches everyday around the same time. I am not hungry so I can&#8217;t figure this out. I am not restricting my carb intake as much as I am eating &#8220;good carbs&#8221;.<br />
Has anyone had this happen and how long did it last.<br />
I did not have this when I first started the eating plan.</p>

i do not eat much at all &#8211; 3 straight meals a day avergae day wold b breakfast some porridge, lunch salad or vegtable soup, dinner small lamb fillet and salad<br />
this is all recent i was just wondering what will happen to my body because of this diet/excerise plan, e.g weight loss/gain, muscle loss/ growth, etc.<br />

also, since I&#8217;m changing my diet, will this also help me lose weight easier/not gain it as easily?(i gain weight from the smallest portions of just about ANYTHING)</p>

P.S. PLEASE do not give me anything about how young people should not diet. I am fat, have a plan, and plan to stick with this plan unless somebody can come up with a good, solid answer.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello! I&#8217;m going to start a low carb diet tomorrow.  It seems to have worked in the past and I&#8217;m trying to lose 10 lbs with light activity.<br />
I need to lose the weight very fast for an event and can only eat 800 calories a day.  I plan on eating tuna with low carb dressing, salads with egg whites, and fish and vegetables.  No fruits or breads, obviously.  After the first week, how much weight can I expect to have lost?  How will the weight loss continue after that?  And how do I avoid putting weight back on when I reintroduce carbohydrates into my diet?<br />
Thanks!  And please, no information about green tea or warnings against this diet (I am doing it no matter what).</p>
