Okay I heard that if you stomach gets hungry and u don’t eat, it will resort to your fat, is that true?
i’m planning on going on a diet, and one of it is too eat a meal 6:00 then go to bed at 9:00, my stomach will get hungry and eat my fat.

having fruits and tofu and cocoa powder and soy cheese and soy milk and whole grains whole wheat flour and brown rices and fresh veggies and cooked veggies allsorts and such is this a good diea plus plenty calcium chews is this good for in and out thanks for answering
