What Are Some Good Low Carb/ High Protein Diet Plans.?
I am looking to drop 10-15 pounds, and as quick as i can. I work out regularly. The only thing is, I am a vegetarian.

My diet plan is to walk/jog on that running machine for 1.5 hours 3-4 days a week. And then eat a small dinner. Like a granola bar or something.
And not to eat a heavy breakfast or dinner either.
I want to lose at least 20 pounds in 3 weeks.
