I am looking for some ideas for putting together a good healthy eating plan that has real food and not the soy and crap. I know that all that is healthy for you but there has got to be another way of eating healthy. Any ideas?

Not really, Try Kashi Go Lean Crunch. You can find it in the cereal isle. It is really good and filling. It tastes a lot like granola, but it’s good for you. Its really crunchy!
