I have too much muscle, I like have man legs and shoulders… ugh. Anyway if I eat this everyday will I get what I want? How long will it take? Be honest!
Breakfast- 8oz smoothie no sugar
Lunch- small baked potato 1sp butter/margarine, 1tbs sour cream

My diet plan is to walk/jog on that running machine for 1.5 hours 3-4 days a week. And then eat a small dinner. Like a granola bar or something.
And not to eat a heavy breakfast or dinner either.
I want to lose at least 20 pounds in 3 weeks.
