But i would like suggestions on Meals/Snacks that i should consume, and help me eating healthy.<br />
I dont usually eat snacks throughout the day.<br />
Should i eat only a certain amount of callories a day? Will drinking alot more water help me lose weight as<br />
well as going to the gym? Should i eat more fruits/veggies?<br />
What can be a good diet plan for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner<br />
This is what i would usually consume for a Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner menu.<br />
Breakfast: Multi grain bread, 3 eggwhites, onions, peppers, and half a cheese.<br />
Drink: A cup of healthy choice grape juice.<br />
Lunch: A sandwhich with salami, cheese, lettuce, mayo, viniger, and white bread.<br />
Drink: A cup of cranberry juice or iced tea.<br />
Dinner: A chicken ceaser salad, with croutons.<br />
Drink: Anything really but soda and juices with high callories.<br />
After A Nights Workout: Il eat a banana with a cup of milk. Or i will just have a fruit cup.<br />
What are also extra tips to lose weight quicker?</p>
